Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, OR

Licenses: RN-CA

Certifications: BLS

Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history

References: 3 References in the last 12 months

CA RN Lic

BLS

OR SCL and Reference within a year

RTO upon submission
